The Pensacola Police Department's Budget and Planning Office oversees a $13 million budget and ensures there is no overspending.

It also is responsible for grant reports, searching and applying for additional grants. Other duties include monitoring the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, local Law Enforcement Block Grants, and DUI grants, plus numerous in-house accounts.
